What is Technical Literacy?
Technical literacy for students, scholars & educators of Slavic has become increasingly important with the growing ubiquity of digital, rather than analog information. Technical literacy involves understanding the hardware, software and systems needed to create, access & share digital information, especially that information rendered in Cyrillic or the specialized Latin-based scripts of Eastern Europe.
