This list of potential employers was culled from the job announcements from various Slavic oriented listservs. I have left out most academic employers, and have focused primarily on the business and non-profit sectors. Each of these employers posted at least one job announcement since late 2001.My thanks to professor Laura Kline of Wayne State University for supplying the list of job announcements I used to create this list.

- Media Viability Fund — a joint project of the Media Development Loan Fund (MDLF) and the Eurasia Foundation. MVF's mission is to support the development of independent newspaper, radio and television companies in Russia and Ukraine through low-interest loans and technical assistance.
- Moscow Lyceum "Stupeni" — a private secondary school founded in 1990. Provides a comprehensive education with a focus on the Humanities.
- Nauka Interperiodica International Academic Publishing Company — a Moscow-based firm publishing Russian scientific literature in translation.
- Open World Program — Funded by the Library of Congress, this program was created to increase mutual understanding and exposure to US democratic institutions, the U.S. political system, and public-private partnerships and inter-relationships, and to form the basis for a continuing dialogue for future bilateral cooperation.
- Oxfam International — a confederation of 12 organizations working together in more than 100 countries to find lasting solutions to poverty, suffering and injustice.
