Duplicate Exchange Program
The linked PDF contains the new duplicate book exchange routing slips, which will help us to better focus our exchange program, by sending only the books that member institutions want, rather than just shipping books no one wants from institution to institution.
If you would like to make a change to the routing slip (altering your "send" or "don't send" instructions), send me an email at brewerm@u.library.arizona.edu, and I will make the change, upload the new PDF, and alert members that they should begin using the new routing slip.
