Timing: Room & Equipment needs should be forwarded to the Conference Coordinator no later than January 10th.
Scheduling Restrictions:
- None of the committees should be booked simultaneously with library panels that have been sponsored by that committee, or on which a committee member is serving in any capacity.
- Different subcommittee meetings may be booked simultaneously, but only if there are no common members on those committees and there are no other conflicts with library panels/events.
- SEEMP is the exception. It should not conflict with other subcommittee meetings, as many non-members attend this meeting.
