B&D Room Scheduling [Typical AAASS Room and Equipment Needs for B&D, B&D Subcommittees and Vendor Session]*
Timing: Room & Equipment needs should be forwarded to the Conference Coordinator no later than January 10th.
Scheduling Restrictions:
- None of the committees should be booked simultaneously with library panels that have been sponsored by that committee, or on which a committee member is serving in any capacity.
- Different subcommittee meetings may be booked simultaneously, but only if there are no common members on those committees and there are no other conflicts with library panels/events.
- SEEMP and the B&D Executive and Membership Meetings are the exceptions. None of these meetings should conflict with other subcommittee meetings.
- Many non-SEEMP members attend the SEEMP meeting as members of CRL. meeting.
- All the B&D Subcommittee Chairs (other than SEEMP, which is not a B&D Subcommittee) also attend the B&D Executive meeting.
- Everyone attends the B&D Membership meeting.
