Please Note the Following Procedures When Making a Decision

  1. Items that have not had a decision made on them within one month will automatically be sent to surplus.
  2. These items are still available for your perusal on the 5th floor of the Main Library should you wish to come see them.
  3. When a decision has been made on any of the following items please e-mail Edna Galvez galveze@u.library.arizona.edu with one of the following decision:
    • Add to shelves
    • Or item will be sent to surplus
