Virtual Shelves - Damaged Material


1. Items that have not had a decision made on them within "one month +" will automatically be discarded at the end of the following month. "One Month +" is defined as one month plus the number of days from the end of the month that it was posted. So,for those items that were posted below sometime in June you will have until the end of July to make a decision and if no decision has been made by August 1st then the item will be withdrawn.

2. These items are still available for your perusal on the 5th floor of the Main Library should you wish to come see them.

3. When making a decision on any of the following items please e-mail Alma Gaona (gaonaa@u.library.arizona.edu) with one of the following deicisions:

A) Return to Shelf "as is."

B) Phase box and return the item to the stacks.

C) Withdraw the item and reorder (if placing an order please be sure to include the fund code you wish to use for the new item in your order request).

D) Withdraw item and do not replace.
