There are many reasons why some book orders never arrive within reasonable amounts of time. Sometimes, the Library is unaware that there's a problem with a title until we are informed by customers. The TST Ordering Work Team seeks your help in identifying problems. The following form may be used to claim book orders that are outstanding. If you have questions about the Library's information resource (book buying) priorities please contact the selector responsible for the appropriate subject area.
When completing the following form you may include as much or as little information as you have on the item. The more information you can include - the better the chances we can identify and obtain your request. Please use the comment box in the following form to include any information that is not asked for in the rest of the form. If you can locate the order or bibliographic number from the Millennium record, please include this in your claim request as this will help us easily identify the item you need claimed.
