LSST's Mission
' Mission
The LSST Team leverages our diverse assets by working interdependently with library teams, team leaders, and individuals to provide information, tools, leadership, guidance, consultation, and training in: organizational assessment and development; recruitment and hiring; human resources and employee relations; grants and revenue management; financial management of budget, payroll and operational expenses; and building safety and security, space planning, facilities maintenance and mail services.
LSST' Vision
To successfully achieve the Libraries’ vision and mission, Library teams and individuals collaborate with LSST Team members as the preferred and trusted source of financial, human resources, facilities, grants and revenue generation expertise. We are a responsive team providing seamless service that produces capacity and confidence in individuals with whom we interact.
