Human Subjects Protection Program

When employees undertake usability testing, needs assessment, or other research methods that engage students, faculty, or staff at the University, and the results of which will be published or disseminated beyond the campus, compliance with University policy on human subject protection is required. These policies are in place to ensure that the rights and welfare of individuals are not being violated by asking them to participate and provide information for our use. If you are involved in these types of activities, consult the Grants Manager.
