Overview
The HROE website is ending Phase 2 -- we're phasing out review of the site to shift into maintenance mode. New material will be added as developed. Check the "Changes" in the Bulletin Board (to the right) to see what's new.
We appreciate your patience as we get this new site fully up and running efficiently. Please do not refer to the old HROE site under Partners -- it's only still there until we are sure everything has been captured. We'll be taking the old HROE site down May 2008.

The topical areas are grouped into 10 sub-groups or “buckets.” Each bucketed area has a drop down list with contents list and links to most frequently used items. New information or documents are being added for you regarding: policies and procedures, PEMS, classifications/reclassifications, regrades and promotions, new employee orientation, probation, personnel issues and actions, and resources for team and team leader effectiveness. The site also has a new Search HROE function and a “bulletin board” where we’ll post alerts and changes as well as new information. We invite you to check our site often as we bring the site fully up to speed!

The reconfiguration of this site was based on customer feedback; and naturally, your continued feedback on site organization, format and content is important to us. Please let us know what information is not as easy to find as you would like and if any problems occur in accessing or using the information.
