HROE Team Mission and Vision Statements
The HROE Team works interdependently with library teams, team leaders and individuals, and in partnership with University HR, to provide information, tools, leadership, guidance, consultation and training in recruitment and hiring, human resources and employee relations, compensation and recognition, and performance competency management.
In 2012, HROE’s communication and collaboration with our leadership partners is vibrant and dynamically reciprocated as human resources capacities and HROE expertise are recognized as an essential component in the University Libraries’ strategies and processes. We are proactively and collaboratively engaged in developing and implementing new and improved infrastructure support systems in addition to supporting Recruitment and Hiring, New Employee Orientation, and Performance Effectiveness Management, which are robust and effectively running systems, recognized as critical to the life and success of our team-based organization. The results of our partnerships include knowledgeable, skilled and self-reliant leaders who have highly-developed skills in supporting and developing informed, confident and enthusiastic team members who work cohesively and creatively in an environment of constant change.
