The HROE Team works interdependently with the UA Libraries teams, team leaders and individuals, and in partnership with University Human Resources (HR), to provide information, tools, leadership, guidance, consultation, and training in organizational effectiveness and team development, recruitment and hiring, human resources and employee relations, compensation and recognition, and performance competency management.
As we add new material to the website, you'll note that the new information is highlighted by Mr. Smiley. (As always, new material will be listed in the green Bulletin Board to the right).
There are 13 main topic areas shown in the light blue boxes in the left column. Most topic areas have a main page outlining content, as well as drop down boxes to most-frequently-used items. In addition, there is now a search box, above, where you can insert a keyword and the website will be searched for relevant documents.
