HROE works interdependently with UA Libraries teams, team leaders and individuals, and in partnership with University Human Resources (HR), to provide information, tools, guidance, consultation and training in personnel policies and procedures, recruitment and hiring, performance management, employee relations and new employee orientation to the University Libraries.
