Work Responsibilities
DLIST staff provide computer hardware and software configuration, training and technical assistance to the staff and customers of The University of Arizona Library in support of library electronic equipment and resources. Please report any computer hardware and software problems, or requests for training, to the helpline by calling 621-8483. If prompted to leave a message, please include your full name, telephone number, the date and time of your call, and a message that describes your request. A helpline staff member will return your call as soon as possible.
We strive to return any helpline call in less than 4 business hours.
Referrals
Power outages, elevator problems, furniture moving, telephone problems, off-site consultations, the configuration and maintenance of non-library computing resources and other activities that are beyond the scope of the DLIST mission should be addressed to the appropriate team, department, or outside consultants.
