Well, there it is. There's no putting it off any longer, you have to do it: Learn how to use your Outlook Calendar.
Don't panic, it's not so bad - and here's some help!
First is a step-by-step guide to setting up your Calendar to share, and for setting your preferences so you can use your Calendar most efficiently.

On the top menu bar, click on Tools, then choose “Options…”

Click on the “Calendar Options…” button:

Choose the days of the week and the start and end times that fit your schedule. Click on “Planner Options”.

Set your options as shown in figure to the right and click OK:

Back on the Calendar Options window, click on the “Free/Busy Options” button.

Set the options as shown in the figure to the right: Click OK to exit the Free/Busy Options window. Click OK to exit the Calendar Options window. Click OK to exit the Outlook Options window. Your Outlook Calendar is now saved,
