    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Click ToolsOptionsOther tab – Advanced Options button.
    3. Next, click the AutoArchive button.
    4. Uncheck “Run AutoArchive every xx days” and click OK, OK.
  2. Instant Searching keeps prompting me to install itself, how get rid of it?

    2. Click ToolsOptionsOther tab – Advanced Options button.
    3. Uncheck “Show prompts to enable Instant Search” and click OK, OK.

  1. I don't like the default font and automatic double-spacing, how to I set it back to the format I used to have in Word 2003?
    1. Open a blank Word document.
    2. On the Home tab, locate the Styles group, and then click Change Styles.
    3. Then point to Style Set.
    4. Click on Word 2003.
    5. If you want to use Office 2003 font, then on the Home tab, in the Styles group, click Change Styles.
    6. Then point to Fonts.
    7. Click on Office Classic.
    8. On the Home tab, locate the Styles group, then click Change Styles.
    9. Then click Set as Default.
    10. If you decide to close Word right away, click NO if prompt with a message, "Do you want to save changes to document?"
