Mission Statement

Established in 1993, the Library Staff Governance Association exists to provide a forum for communicating issues and concerns among the Classified Staff and to represent Classified Staff in communicating with Faculty and the Library's administration.

What Can SGA Do For You?

Compensation Committee

SGA is sometimes called upon to give feedback to the dean regarding compensation issues. As these issues are sometimes very complex, or require one to have a lot of background information, the SGA Board feels it important to have a pool of people with this knowledge on standby to give informed feedback, and play a role in decision making concerning compensation issues with a firm understanding of the possible impact on staff.  Here is the charge for the SGA Standing Committee on Compensation.
