Site Purpose: The purpose of this site is to provide University of Arizona Library staff with access to the 2001 LibQual+ results. This site will not reproduce the entire report that we receive from the Association of Research Libraries, but will attempt to provide its most relevant data. If you are looking for information that you cannot locate on this site or on the Libqual+ website (http://www.arl.org/libqual/) please contact one of the following people:
  • Janet Fore
    • As of now, July 2001, Janet is the organizer of the University of Arizona Library's efforts in the LibQual+ program.
  • Shelly Phipps
    • Resource consultant.
  • Travis Teetor
    • The Strategic Long Range Planning (SLRP) member who has worked most closely with the LibQual+ data as it relates to the Library-wide quality standards.
  • Adam Engelsgjerd
    • Attendee of the 2000 Association of Research Libraries (ARL) Service Quality Symposium in which LibQual+ theory was discussed and designer of this site.

I. The Survey
In order to understand the survey results, it will be handy to have a copy of the actual survey to refer to. Follow this link to either view the survey online, or print out a copy for future reference.
II. Aggregate Demographics
A breakdown of respondents by demographics taken from all participating libraries.
III. Aggregate Item Summaries
A question by question breakdown of the survey for each respondent class (i.e. undergraduate, graduate, faculty) from all participating libraries.
IV. Aggregate Dimension Summaries
A breakdown of the survey by dimension for each respondent class (i.e. undergraduate, graduate, faculty) from all participating libraries.
V. Demographics at the University of Arizona
A breakdown of respondents by demographics taken from only The University of Arizona.

A question by question breakdown of the survey for each respondent class (i.e. undergraduate, graduate, faculty) taken from only The University of Arizona.
