To finalize charge:

AR: Lori, Email to group by Monday 8/21 (incl. to Janet to forward to cabinet)
AR: Deb to create team web page and charge by Friday.

Team Management Roles:

1. Facilitation & Recording – Rotate. Team leader sets schedule.  Ok if don’t feel comfortable facilitating or recording.
2. Agenda prep – Do at end of each meeting.  Send additions over email.
3. Post notes to web- Deb will do, in lieu of facilitating/recording.
4. Preparation of team reports – Will do as a team

Facilitating  = keeping track of meeting progress, keeping on track, summarizing, making sure AR’s recorded .  Send meeting reminders.

Team Leaders
Barb & Lori will co-chair at least through fall semester, with Barb taking the lead until mid Sept.
Team and co-chairs evaluate  continuing or rotating.

Charge finalized – call attention to revisions.
Team leaders.
ID permanent group  and coordinator to pass work on to.
AR:  Laura will post time of Team Report.
AR:  Lori will pull together draft of report.
