Final Review of Charge
Does this team need to track who’s been trained in what?
Didn’t identify the specific skill, just a range. No, that would
done by the trainers. We train the trainers and give them quidance
(A2)Everyone who works in the IC will have the baseline training.
We will create or choose the baseline training and materials and will take
advantage of other training materials on Campus.
We have to have a training plan and training materials.

Consulting with campus experts – Finding people who can help us and materials.
Refine competencies list – may need to learn how to write competencies.
Need to define what we want from consultant.
Concern about finding consultant in six weeks and designing training
Need consultant to supplement our time and objectivity.
Or should we hire someone who does this full time?

Barb has verbal commitment for addition $5,000 for team’s use (use not
specified)- maybe use for Educause

To finalize charge:

1. Facilitation & Recording – Rotate. Team leader sets schedule.
