Current Strategic Plan (FY 2010-2014)

This Strategic Plan is written to the level of Key Result Areas and Strategies with Quality Standards and Measures on a broad scale across the Libraries. Please keep in mind that teams and/or individuals assigned responsibility for work associated with any of the strategic goals in the 2010-14 plan should develop performance measures and quality standards to measure progress in the assigned area if adequate measures/standards do not exist.

Published simultaneously is the "Recommended Critical Few" document outlining four areas in which it is critical for the UA Libraries and Center for Creative Photography to make significant progress during 2009-10.
