Mail and Small Package Carrier Handling

Campus, Library, and US mail will be picked up and delivered to team mail locations.
Personal stamped mail can be placed in team out bound mail locations, The mail will be delivered to the Post Office the same day.

If uncertain of proper amount of postage, contact the mail room at the loading dock for proper postage.
No personal package sized mailings over 16 ounces can be processed through the mailroom. These packages must be delivered to the Post Office by the mailer.

No personal mail will be metered on the Library account. Mail will be metered only if it has a Library return address.
Small package Library mail will be processed by the mailroom. Simply provide the delivery address and required delivery time.
Do not use the Library address for receiving personal mail as a routine matter.

US and Campus mail is received in the Library between 6:30 am and 7:15 am.
Incoming mail is delivered to team areas between 7:30 am and 12:00.
Mail is picked up from the team locations at the same time as deliveries.
Mail is taken to the post office at 2:30 pm on Monday to Friday.
Campus mail is picked up from the Library at approximately 9:30 am.
Library mail to Branches is delivered between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm.
Mail can be brought to the mailroom at anytime, but it will only go out as indicated above.
